Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space where the stories that shape your life can be spoken, heard, and re-examined with care. In our 50 minute sessions, we will co-create a pace and rhythm that allows you to explore both the well-known parts of your experience and the quieter threads that are often overlooked. You are not coming to be corrected or repaired. You are coming to make thoughtful contact with your life and to notice the meanings, patterns, and possibilities that live within it.
Our work may involve exploring the challenges that have been weighing on you, naming the influences that have shaped your beliefs about yourself, or tracing the moments where you have already shown resilience and agency. We will look together at what is no longer serving you and consider new ways of relating to yourself, to others, and to the themes that show up in your story.
Your values, strengths, and lived wisdom are not only welcome here, they guide the direction of our work. My role is not to act as an expert on your life, but to walk alongside you as you create room for clarity, change, grounding, and deeper self trust. Therapy is a collaborative space where your voice leads and where new possibilities can emerge at a pace that feels authentic to you.

Relational Therapy
Relational therapy offers space for partners, friends, or adult family members to explore the shape of their connection with curiosity and care. This work is not limited to couples. It is for any relationship that matters to you, including polyamorous or multi partner constellations, open relationships, or chosen family. You are welcome here in whatever form your relationship takes.
In our 50 or 90 minute sessions, we will slow down and listen differently, paying attention to the patterns and stories that influence how you relate to one another. These patterns are often formed from past experiences, hopes, fears, and the ways you each have learned to protect or express yourselves. Naming these dynamics is about understanding the path you have been walking together and opening the possibility for new ways of connecting.
Relational therapy is not only for moments of conflict or rupture. Many come because they want to deepen their bond, communicate with more clarity, navigate transitions, or strengthen the foundation of their relationship. Your shared values, intentions, and strengths guide our work. My role is to support your connection and explore ways of relating that feel intentional and supportive of the relationship you want to build.
